The Real Conscience of Congress

Robert Byrd is often called the "Conscience of Congress", and is famous for carrying a copy of the Constitution in his pocket. Too bad Mr Byrd forgets about it anytime there is a chance that money will be spent in his state.

Ron Paul doesn't need to carry a copy of it around, nor does he suckle from the teat of tax dollars as he has internalized what the Constitution really means.
