THIS is interesting. Why aren't the major networks telling this story?

My favorite line in the story:

If the relief organizations had saturated the City with food and water in the first 2 or 3 days, the desperation, the frustration and the ugliness would not have set in.

And this basic concept eluded all the hot shots at both the Department of Homeland Insecurity and FEMA, go figure.
